Recommended. When specified, allows FME Server to access Active Directory using the service account.
A service account is required for certain features of FME Server.
To obtain the service account name:
- From AD Explorer, connect to the Active Directory.
- Browse for and select the entry representing the service account.
- The service account name appears under the 'sAMAccountName' attribute.
Note: Specify only a service account name for the SECURITY_AD_PREAUTH_USERNAME parameter. Do not include a domain name. For example, do not specify domain_name\\user_name. Specify only user_name.
