Jump to Configuration

Typical Uses

  • Preserving label strings, size, and orientation independent of geometry.
  • Making text properties accessible
  • Storing text properties for use elsewhere in a workspace

How does it work?

The TextPropertyExtractor receives features with text geometry and extracts their properties into attributes.

Extracted properties include:

  • Text String
  • Text Size in ground units
  • Text Rotation in degrees

To exclude an attribute, leave the parameter blank and it will not be added to the output features.

Feature geometry is unchanged.

Features without valid text geometry are rejected.
