Overwrite Geodatabase
Setting this parameter to Yes deletes the existing database. The default is No.
Template Geodatabase
Set this parameter to point to an existing File Geodatabase that will be copied into the destination before writing begins. If a Geodatabase already exists at the destination, it will be overwritten.
