Writer
If the feature does not have an associated user-defined feature type, i.e. it is using the fixed schema, then the kml_data and kml_schema_data structured list attributes can be used to write the feature's extended data.
Note: The KML writer does not support manually writing <Schema> elements. If <SchemaData> elements are manually created, the kml_schema_url attribute should be used to specify an external schema definition.
Note: If the feature has an update mode specified, the extended data will not be written.
