Icon
Defines an image that is associated with the overlay. The kml_icon_href element attribute is used to explicitly specify the final location of the icon image file. As an alternative, the kml_icon format attribute can be used to specify the name or path of an icon that will copied to the images folder of the KML dataset.
Note: If kml_icon_href is present on the feature, the value of kml_icon will be ignored.
