Describes either a moment in time (TimeStamp), or a period of time (TimeStamp). Either a TimeStamp or a TimeSpan may be specified, but not both. The values can be in either the XML Schema time format (http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#isoformats), or the FME DateTime format.
