Prerequisites

You have system administrator privileges in the installation environment.
The installation environment must meet the minimum requirements listed on the FME Desktop Technical Specifications.
You have downloaded the FME Desktop installer. You can download the trial version here.
If you have purchased FME Desktop, you will need the serial number or license file that was provided by Safe Software. If you are an evaluator, you will need the evaluation code that you received after registering the trial version.
