MinimumAreaForcer
Enlarges features smaller than a specified area to that specified minimum size.
How does it work?
The MinimumAreaForcer receives features with area geometry and enlarges them if necessary to meet a specified Minimum Area, in ground units of the feature’s coordinate system.
Features are scaled outwards from their center.
Features as large or larger than the Minimum Area are output unaltered.
Aggregates are supported.
