This section describes the attribute types for a table. ![]() Represents strings of up to 127 alpha-numeric characters. ![]() Represents 64-bit signed integers. ![]() Represents a large-object that can hold character strings or binary data. This type is used to create bitmap indexes. A bitmap index stores a bitmap for each index key. Each index key stores pointers to multiple rows. They are primarily designed for data warehousing or environments in which queries reference many columns in an ad hoc fashion. Indexes and constraints are only created if the table is created. The valid values for the column type are listed below: PrimaryKey: This type specifies that the column is a primary key for the table. Only one primary key is allowed per table. Unique: This type specifies that the column has a UNIQUE constraint. NotNull: A non-nullable constraint. UniqueNotNull: An index with a non-nullable and unique constraints. |
