These are annotation features. Text features have the following special attributes associated with them.

Attribute Name	Content
xml_text_string	The text string.
xml_rotation	The rotation of the text measured in degrees counterclockwise from the horizontal. Range: 0...360
xml_text_size	The size of each character in ground units. Range: Any real number >=0
