To access feature type format parameters, open the Feature Type Properties dialog by clicking the properties 
button on a feature type in the workspace.
These parameters apply only to a selected feature type, not to the entire reader.
Note: If a feature type parameter corresponds to a reader-level parameter, then the reader parameter will be ignored and the feature type parameter will be used.
Start Row
The row from which to start reading.
If the reader was created with a value for the Field Names Row parameter, but this parameter is not specified, then features will be read starting from the row after the field names row. Otherwise, not specifying this parameter is equivalent to specifying a value of 1.
End Row
The row at which to end reading. Cell values will be read up to and including the row at this index.
Evaluate Formulas
This parameter permits per-feature-type overriding of the value for the Evaluate Formulas reader parameter.
