Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database Spatial (JDBC) Feature Representation
Feature types correspond to the database table with the same name, and attributes correspond to non-spatial columns of the same name.
Spatial columns will be represented as FME Geometry on features. If there are multiple spatial columns, they will be read as a Multiple Geometry with named parts, with a Coordsys trait set on each part. The Coordsys traits on the named parts of the first feature will be used to choose SRIDs when a writer is creating a table with multiple spatial columns.
