Oriented Arc

Unlike an Arc, which is defined relative to the xy-plane, an oriented arc can be defined on any plane.

An oriented arc comprises an arc defined on the xy-plane, a Transformation Matrix, and global representations of the end coordinates (for precision). If a transformation matrix is supplied for the oriented arc, global start and end coordinates may also be defined by editing the Custom parameter for an XML Geometry Type in the Creator transformer.
