FME Flow: 2024.1

Dashboard

A dashboard for your user account opens when you login to the Web User Interface. You can always return to the dashboard by clicking on the FME Flow logo.

Any Broadcast Messages display at the top. To remove, click their corresponding close buttons.

The sidebar that displays on all pages of the Web User Interface allows you to access any other page for which you have permission, either through your user account, or your role.

Some useful shortcuts that display on the dashboard include:

  • A toolbar with links to create various FME Flow tools, depending on your account permissions. These links may include Automations, Workspace Apps, Schedules, and Projects.
  • Workspaces you recently published to FME Flow. Click on a workspace to open the Run Workspace page. If no workspaces are published, click Upload Workspace to upload. For more information, see Workspaces.
  • Items that have been recently updated. Click on any item to edit it, dependent on permission.
  • Overview of Jobs you have run recently. The jobs that display depend on the selected status: Failed, Queued, Successful, or Running.  Jobs are grouped by workspace and source type. Expand a grouping to see all its jobs. Click on any job to see its corresponding log. (The log page for Failed jobs automatically applies the error filter.) To view more jobs for the selected status beyond the display, click View All to go to the corresponding Jobs page.
  • Note  Failed jobs does not include canceled jobs.
  • Automations that are currently running and have returned warnings or errors. Click on any automation to open it. Alternatively, click on the automation's corresponding warning or error icon for troubleshooting information, depending on whether the automation is running in Start or Debug mode. For more information, see Working with Automation Logs.
  • Workspaces you marked as "favorites" on the Workspaces page.
  • Resources for help and support.
