Cleaning Up Job History

On the Job History tab of the System Cleanup page, you can clean up the record of jobs that were run to date on FME Server. These records correspond to the jobs that appear in the Completed Table of the Jobs page.

To clean up job history

1. Under Remove Job History Older Than, specify the age, in seconds, of jobs you want to remove. Jobs that are older than the specified age are removed.
2. Check Enabled.
3. Click Save Settings.

Note: When the system's free disk space reaches specified minimum levels, FME Server triggers a Default Cleanup or Aggressive Cleanup event. In the case of an Aggressive Cleanup event, all job history is removed, regardless of the Remove Job History Older Than setting.
