Restore Configuration from FME Server 2014 and Later

You can use you can use the Restore tool on the Backup & Restore page of the FME Server Web User Interface to restore FME Server 2014 or later configuration files, which you backed up previously, to another installation of FME Server 2014 or later. For information on performing a backup, see Backup Configuration from FME Server 2014 and Later.

  1. Log into the FME Server Web User Interface:

http://<host>/fmeserver

  1. Select Manage > Administration > Backup & Restore.
  2. Under Restore, click Select Server Backup File.
  3. Navigate to the ServerConfigPackage.fsconfig file that was created when you performed a backup.

After selecting the ServerConfigPackage.fsconfig file, the restore operation begins. When complete, a message displays at the top of the page indicating the results.
