HOM1XY: Hotine Oblique Mercator – Alaska Variation

This variation of Hotine produces rectified Cartesian coordinates. Its origin is the intersection of the central geodesic and the equator of the aposhere. The rectification method is specific to Zone 1 of the Alaska State Plan Coordinate System. Although it hasn’t been determined yet, it is possible this variation may be used for the Great Lakes Survey.

PARM1	The longitude, in degrees, of the central point of the projection.
PARM2	The latitude, in degrees, of the central point of the projection.
PARM3	The azimuth of the central great circle, in degrees east of north.
X_OFF	The false easting to be applied to all X coordinates, usually selected to cause all X coordinates within the coordinate system to be positive values of reasonable size.
Y_OFF	The false northing to be applied to all Y coordinates.
