Smart Delete

If you delete a transformer from a workspace, FME will try to repair any connections from the deleted transformer. For example, deleting the LineOnAreaOverlayer transformer below removes the transformer and repairs the connections in the workflow, reconnecting to the transformer on the right:

The repaired connections are highlighted green.

To delete a transformer without repairing the connections, press Shift + Delete.
