FME can read data in Digital Weather Markup Language (DWML).
DWML is an XML-based format developed to support the exchange of the National Weather Service’s (NWS) National Digital Forecast Database (NDFD) data. DWML contains current and forecast weather conditions for specific locations.

The DWML reader translates contents of a DWML file into features that contain weather conditions for a date and time at a specific location.
The coordinate system is fixed to LL84.
