Scheduled Cleanups
Select System Cleanup > Scheduled Cleanups.
Use these settings to remove job history, system event history, and expired session tokens.
Note: When the system's free disk space reaches specified minimum levels, FME Server triggers a Default Cleanup or Aggressive Cleanup event. In the case of an Aggressive Cleanup event, all history is removed, regardless of the settings specified here.

Job History
These settings remove the record of jobs that were run to date on FME Server. This record correspond to the jobs that appear in the Completed table of the Jobs page.
To clean up the history of completed jobs
- Check Enabled.
- In the Remove Completed Jobs Older Than fields, specify the age of jobs you want to remove. Jobs that are older than the specified age are removed.
- Click Save.
System Event History
These settings remove the record of System Events on FME Server. This record corresponds to the system events that appear on the History tab of the System Events page.
To clean up the history of System Events
- Check Enabled.
- In the Remove System Event History Older Than fields, specify the age of System Events you want to remove. System Events that are older than the specified age are removed.
- Click Save.
Expired Session Tokens
These settings remove expired session tokens, which display on the Session Tokens tab of the Token Management page.
To clean up expired session tokens
- Check Enabled.
- In the Remove Expired Session Tokens Older Than fields, specify the age of expired session tokens you want to remove. Expired session tokens that are older than the specified age are removed.
- Click Save.
Automation Logs
Specifies how long to keep messages in Automation logs.
- Check Enabled.
- In the Remove Automation Log Messages Older Than fields, specify the age of Automation log messages you want to remove. Messages that are older than the specified age are removed from the log.
- Click Save.
