The SMTP e-mail publisher allows you to configure e-mail addresses to receive messages from SMTP e-mail clients, and publish the e-mail data to FME Server notification topics.
To use the e-mail publisher, you must first make sure your FME Server is properly configured to receive e-mail. For more information see Configuring FME Server to Receive E-mail.
Note: The SMTP Publisher is not supported in a fault tolerant installation of FME Server. Consider the IMAP Publisher instead.
