[Name] NUMERIC_RANGE

[Description] Allows for the entering of a range of numeric values

The config string can be used to specify whether to show a decimal precision option

The following option should always be set to DECIMAL_OFF. There is no support for DECIMAL_ON.
Decimal Precision Keyword:
DECIMAL_ON - Show decimal precision field (Unsupported)
DECIMAL_OFF - Don't show decimal precision field
