[Name] EXPOSED_ATTRS

[Description] The GUI type reads the WORKBENCH_EXPOSABLE_ATTRIBUTES list from
              the metafile and builds a list of of attribute names. Then it will
              offer the list of attribute names in a checkbox list, similar to
              what a listbox would present, to allow the user to refine the set
              of possible exposable attributes. Result of picking a list of
              attributes is a comma separated list of attribute names and types
              that will be added to the schema features.


In a Transformer (*.fmx) File

   Syntax

      PARAMETER_NAME: <macroName>
      PARAMETER_TYPE: EXPOSED_ATTRS <FORMATNAME>%<source|destination>
      PARAMETER_PROMPT: <label>
