Arguments

   <attrName>  
   
   This function returns the value of the attribute <attrName>. If the attribute 
   does not exist, then an empty string is returned.

   Range: Any attribute name  
   
Description

   This function returns the value of the attribute <attrName> if it exists in 
   the feature. If the attribute does not exist, an empty string is returned.
