Get the ground x coordinate value of the upper-left corner of the unrotated raster, after rotation is applied.

Return type:float Returns:Ground coordinate value of the upper-left corner of the unrotated raster, after rotation is applied. When the raster is not rotated, this will be equal to the value returned by getMinX().
