Compression Tolerance
Sets the maximum error as the distance from the original point tolerated by the compression algorithm.
Setting a higher value results in an output file that is more compressed. Note that this value should represent the worst cases; most data should be considerably closer to the original data.
It is important to use a sensible value; selecting too small a value results in excessive indexing times and poor performance.
