[Name] NAMEDGROUP

[Description] Groups the specified macros together. The group box's layout order
              takes precedence over the named macros. Note: It does not return a
              value for a macro. The number of columns in the group may also be
              specified - if it is a number, it will be read as a column; if
              not, it will be read as a macro name.
              
              Preferred over GROUP because this is named and so can be included
              in group boxes or refereed to by an ACTIVE* type.

      PARAMETER_TYPE: NAMEDGROUP [<columns>%]<groupedMacro1>[%<groupedMacro2>]*
