[Name] ATTR

[Description] Enumerates all input attributes for the transformer into a
              dropdown list. The config string ALLOW_NEW indicates that the user
              is allowed to type in a new attribute name.

      PARAMETER_TYPE: ATTR [ALLOW_NEW]
