The KML Network Link service provides output from an FME Server as a KML network link that you can use with Google Earth.
The KML file, rather than containing data, contains a link to a workspace on the FME Server. The data itself is returned to Google Earth through the Data Streaming Service. The results are always as up-to-date as the update interval in Google Earth.
When the KML Network Link layer is enabled, Google Earth passes the extents of its current view window to these parameters. The coordinates are in lat-long.
